1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Newsroom platform provided by HyperTranslator ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Newsroom is a cloud-based SaaS platform for media monitoring and content processing. The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Live TV and radio channel recording and monitoring
- Automatic speech-to-text transcription of recorded content
- AI-powered translation of transcribed content into multiple languages
- Video and audio clip creation and export
- Full-text search across transcribed media archives
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Credits
The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits must be purchased in advance and are deducted as you use the Service. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with reasonable notice to existing users. Unused credits remain valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Access or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not intended for you
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of HyperTranslator and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Transcription and translation outputs are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HyperTranslator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or legitimate business purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
